Who is responsible
The site is operated by Dr. Alina Gontariu, individual medical practice, with offices at Bulevardul Poitiers 6, Iași, Romania. For any question about personal data you can contact us at contact@dralinagontariu.com.
What data we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), and message content. This data is delivered directly by email and is not stored in any database.
How we use the data
Contact form data is used solely to reply to your question or schedule a consultation. It is not used for marketing and not shared with third parties, except our email provider Resend (a GDPR-compliant processor) which delivers the message to the medical practice.
Traffic analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, an EU-based tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Aggregate data (number of visits, pages viewed, country of origin) helps us improve the site. No consent is required for this analytics under GDPR.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@dralinagontariu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
